Jimmy Breslin is the Director of Player Development and as such he will be the person providing over 90% of the instruction on a day to day basis here in the United States.
At our Academy in the Dominican Republic we have a full staff of coaches providing that instruction under the direction of Coach Breslin and Tony De La Cruz. Tony was signed as a shortstop in the Braves Organization and has extensive coaching experience and personal contacts with all 30 MLB teams.
Coach Breslin has helped over 60 players to go onto play professional baseball and he has assisted over a hundred young men to secure college scholarships.
If you train with us, we guarantee your success.
Every one of our current high school players who train with us currently is a Varsity starter at his school. Some are currently being recruited by Stanford and Vanderbilt.
In 2016 we signed players with the Orioles, Rockies, Yankees, Dodgers and Athletics.
6% of USA HS Varsity players go onto play college ball. That's the national statistic.
We are proud to say that over 90% of the players that have trained full time with us go on to either play college ball or pro ball.
On your first visits to us we will evaluate where you are at as a player.
Then we need to determine what your goals are.
From there we need to build a bridge that will take you from where you are to where you want to be.
We have players at all different levels of development.
We have 22 year old players who throw 97 mph who will be signing a MLB contract soon and we have young boys in grade school who are still getting started on their careers.
They all need help and guidance moving forward and they will get it from us.
Developing players is a 7 day a week vocation for us.
We are always available one way or another.
We will provide private lessons, group lessons and team coaching opportunities 7 days a week at a variety of locations across Florida year round.
During the summer months and during school breaks many of our students will attend our Dominican Baseball Academy in Santo Domingo. Here they will train hard, face extreme competition daily and learn why the Dominicans are taking the game over at the pro level.
Over 50% of the players in the MLB minor league system are from the Dominican Republic. That number is only going to increase over the next few years.
Any player that trains seriously in the DR is virtually guaranteeing himself success.
If you think taking a weekly lesson from a local instructor who teaches you to turn your back foot and playing travel ball year round is going to get you there you are in for an unpleasant awakening.
Want to play College Ball?
If you are a good player, all we need to do is to make a few calls and your college scholarship program is on track.
We receive calls weekly from coaches who are looking for our recommendation.
You do not need to attend numerous College showcases to receive a scholarship. This is an industry fallacy designed to line the pocketbooks of savvy promoters and coaches who need their egos stroked.
That technique as W.C. Fields would famously say is a suckers bet.
Hundreds of thousands of high school families have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at showcases with no positive results.
We know exactly why and we know exactly how to prepare properly for those important college tryouts.
If you train properly, then you will be able to play.
If you can play, scholarships are available.
Developing your game so that you are ready is the key.
You are either ready for the next level of baseball or you are not ready.
It is very simple.
Our Instructional Staff and Academy will evaluate, train, instruct and develop players thru our Academy, Clinic and Camp formats.
Our Coaches Corner will instruct coaches, players and families on how to develop and train players on hitting, pitching, fielding, throwing, conditioning, running, nutrition, eyesight and strategic approaches.
Our College Advisory Department will provide all of the services that student athletes need to play college baseball.
