The 2x a week program is called our Doubles Program. This is $250 per month.
The 3x a week program is called our Triples Program. This is $350 per month.
The cost per hour ranges between $13 per hour to $19 per hour.
Each program requires a 4 month minimum commitment and is pre-paid at the beginning of each month.
For leagues and teams, we can assist you a number of ways.
The format is dependent on what you need, the size of the group, and the skill of the group.
Teams can arrange to have us come in to assist them at their regular practice. The focus is dependent on the age and skill level of the group and what your coaching staff wants to accomplish. Our emphasis is generally based around teaching the fundamentals of fielding, throwing and hitting correctly in a way that the players can grasp quickly and enjoy doing.
Coaching our young players is a big responsibility. Teaching the correct way to throw, catch and hit is no small matter for a coach. As a result, many coaches will spend time becoming certified and search the internet for methods that they can pass along. Unfortunately, most certification programs do not focus on the nitty gritty details of throwing, hitting and catching properly and the internet is slugged with material that can be confusing or not exactly correct. We can help your coaches by teaching them correct methods that will work for your age and skill level, which they in turn can pass along to your players.
Player clinics can be for pitching or hitting or we can do a combination clinic where both skills are covered.
Player clinics are usually a 3 hour session or a full day clinic.
IS AVAILABLE EVERY DAY

STRETCHING AND CONDITIONING IS A PRIMARY FOCAL POINT OF OUR ACADEMY.
STRETCHING, CONDITIONING AND FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT IS THE CORNERSTONE OF ALL SUCCESSFUL PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS.
MOST TEAMS WILL ONLY DEVOTE A FEW MINUTES AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH PRACTICE TO THIS, USUALLY BECAUSE THEY WANT TO GET "STARTED".
THIS IS A GRAVE ERROR IN BOTH THE SHORT AND LONG RUN BECAUSE PLAYERS NEED THIS TIME TO DEVELOP THE FOUNDATION TO PERFORM THE MOVEMENTS AND SKILLS REQUIRED ON THE FIELD.
OUR TRAINING SESSIONS WILL OFTEN CONSIST OF:
BEFORE WE PICK UP A BASEBALL TO THROW.
THEN OUR THROWING ROUTINE WILL STRUCTURED TOWARDS A SPECIFIC SKILL END GOAL AS OPPOSED TO JUST PLAYING CATCH TO WARM UP.
THE PLAY CATCH TIME IS VERY VALUABLE FOR WORKING ON CERTAIN ARM, GLOVE AND FOOT ACTIONS WHICH THEN TRANSLATE IN TO PLAYMAKING ON THE FIELD.
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT
TO ACCOMPLISH THIS WE INCORPORATE
ROTATOR CUFF DEVELOPMENT

Jake started his training with us when he was 9 years old.
We have had the pleasure of coaching him for 9 consecutive years both at the Florida and Dominican Academies.
Along the way he has became a very proficient hitter, outfielder and first baseman as well as an accomplished pitcher.
He is now a 6'4 214 lb senior LHP who after receiving numerous scholarship offers from Virginia, Florida State, Stanford, Notre Dame, Florida, Miami, Mississippi and others committed to Coach Corbin and Vanderbilt University.
He is ranked as one of the top LHP both Nationally and in Florida and is looking forward to the 2017 MLB Draft where a number of teams have expressed interest.
He was invited to pitch at Wrigley Field in the Under Armour Classic this past summer as well as at the Area Code Games and East Coast Pro.
He has touched 95 mph in a bullpen session and he sits 89-92 in most game situations.
Jake is fine tuning his pitching this fall, working out 2x a day and we are expecting a big 2017 from Jake Eder.
